Peter Young

Managing Director

Peter has gained a broad experience in the Removals industry since 1982. His principal involvement is with International Removals drawing upon his 8 years overseas experience with large moving organizations in Asia and The United Kingdom during the 1990’s. Peter is responsible for the day to day management of the company together with Andrew and remains heavily involved with International Removals. Married to Annie and the proud father of two young boys who are already keen to join the family business one day –

Andrew Young

Director - Commercial Business

Andrew joined ITS in 1985. Keen to learn the business from the ground up, he worked in the Warehouse before learning the distribution side of the business. In 1994 Andrew was appointed to manage ITS’ largest client – a major furniture retailer coordinating all their home deliveries from a bulk store. He later became Operations Manager coordinating all Removals staff. Business Management studies led Andrew into his current position which includes financial reporting, IT and compliance. Married to Deborah, Andrew is outnumbered on the home front with three daughters who keep him busy away from ITS.

Wally Young

Co-Founder and Chairman

Wally Young has been in the moving business for over 40 years. He founded ITS together with his wife Wendy in 1980. They built the company up from a single truck and a small warehouse to the successful company it is today. His philosophy is based on the simple premise that you must always pay the highest respect to your customers. His reward is that many of his original customers have continued their association with ITS since its beginning. In 2005, Wally handed responsibility for the day to day management of ITS to his two sons Peter and Andrew and although professing to be semi-retired, he still manages a daily involvement with the business.
